RCV Local Option Bill - Senate Hearing

The Senate Government Operations and Elections Committee will hold a public hearing on SB 6000, a bill that would allow local district governments in RCV counties to use RCV.  Richard Anderson-Connolly, IRVWA president, will testify in favor of the bill.
